I. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

A. Information You Provide to Us

MyBargainTeam collects information that you provide directly to us when you sign up and use the MyBargainTeam service including:

1. Information when you register or update the details of your account,
2. Post items for bargains,
3. Enroll in third-party payment processing services offered in connection with the MyBargainTeam Service,
4. Communicate with other users, provide reviews or other comments, purchase services from MyBargainTeam, and
5. Request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.
6. The types of information we may collect include:
   1. Your name,
   2. Email address,
   3. MyBargainTeam account password (encrypted),
   4. Telephone number,
   5. Postal address including city, state, and zip code,
   6. Photographs you upload of items you post for bargains,
   7. Written descriptions of your posted items,
   8. Reviews or comments you make on the MyBargainTeam Service,
   9. All messages with other users or with us sent through the MyBargainTeam messaging service or to MyBargainTeam directly,
   10. Government-issued identification documents (such as a driver’s license), and
   11. Any other information you choose to provide.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use the MyBargainTeam Service, we automatically collect information about you, including:

1. We log information about your use of the MyBargainTeam Service, including the type of browser you use, access times, browsing behavior, your IP address, and the page you visited before navigating to our MyBargainTeam Service.
2. We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access the MyBargainTeam Service, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
3. If you consent to the collection of location information from your computer or mobile device, we may collect this information when you access the MyBargainTeam Service or when you otherwise consent to the collection of this information. We may also use your IP address to infer an approximate geographic location for your computer or device. 
4. We use various technologies to collect some of the information listed above, and this may include cookies, pixels, SDKs, and session replay. These technologies help us to improve the MyBargainTeam Service and our marketing communications, personalize your experience, tailor the ads you see on MyBargainTeam, and analyze your interactions with us, including to see which areas and features of the MyBargainTeam Service are popular and count visits..

C. Information from Third-Parties

MyBargainTeam may, from time to time, obtain the above-listed information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through the MyBargainTeam Service in order to enhance our ability to serve you, prevent fraudulent transactions, tailor our content to you, deliver relevant advertising to you, offer you opportunities to purchase products or services that we believe may be of interest to you, and for any other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. For example, if you create or log into your account through a social media site, we will have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, account information and friends lists, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such social media site. 

D. Information We Derive

We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we may make inferences about your city or zip code based on your IP address or infer interests, purchase tendencies, and other attributes based on your activity on the MyBargainTeam Service and other information we collect.

II. How We Use Your Information

A. MyBargainTeam uses information about you for various purposes, including to:

1. Verify your login information to allow you to access and use the MyBargainTeam Service, to personalize the MyBargainTeam Service, and to optimize the location and type of offers presented to you when you use the MyBargainTeam Service;
2. Connect you to other users on the MyBargainTeam Service via friends lists when authorized by you;
3. Create and maintain a trusted and safer environment on the MyBargainTeam Service, including through detection and prevention of fraud, unauthorized access, intrusion, and service interruption;
4. Conduct investigations and to respond to disputes between users, error resolution, and other similar customer support service;
5. Operate, protect, improve and optimize the MyBargainTeam Service, our business, and our users’ experience;
6. Perform analytics, conduct research, and monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with the MyBargainTeam Service;
7. Communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by MyBargainTeam and others;
8. Target the advertisements we show you on MyBargainTeam to match profiles, attributes, or topics that we think will be of interest to you, including based on information provided by our advertising partners;
9. Target advertisements to you on third-party platforms and websites;
10. Send you service, support and administrative messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and information requested by you;
11. Comply with our legal obligations or requests from law enforcement agencies, resolve any disputes that we may have with any of our users, and enforce our agreements with third-parties;
12. Link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service;
13. Assist third-party payment processors with transaction processing, error, chargeback and disputed transaction resolution, and similar payment processing functions; and
14. Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.

B. MyBargainTeam is based in the United States

MyBargainTeam is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the MyBargainTeam Service or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries, where you may not have the same rights and protections as you do under local law.

III. Why Your Information May Be Disclosed and When

A. We may disclose information for business purposes including:

1. With the public when you post on the MyBargainTeam Service. 
2. With vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (including, without limitation, with service providers that may use the information to help us with fraud prevention, web hosting, customer service, analytics, and marketing).
3. In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation, or legal process, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
4. If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, if we believe that you have violated the law, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of MyBargainTeam or others.
5. In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
6. Between and among MyBargainTeam, and its current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership.
7. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We maintain and use this information only in a de-identified fashion and will not attempt to re-identify such information, except as permitted by law.
8. Any sharing of information does not include the phone number used to opt in to text messages or the consent given to receive them.

B. When You Choose to Disclose Outside of MyBargainTeam

1. With other MyBargainTeam users, including when you interact with them directly.
2. The MyBargainTeam Services offers social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take on the MyBargainTeam Service with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features enables you to share your information with your friends or the public, depending on your selected settings on those platforms. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the entities that provide those features.

C. Disclosures for Advertising and Analytics Services

1. Subject to your account and device settings, we disclose limited personal information to select business partners, including data marketplaces, data brokers, and advertising companies, for their own and their clients’ use. The information may be used to show you more relevant ads across third-party sites and services or combined with information received from other sources. We do not disclose your contact information (e.g., your name, email, phone number) to these business partners. Instead, we may provide information about inferred interests or purchase tendencies of groups of users, together with pseudonymized identifiers of corresponding users (such as mobile advertising IDs).
2. We may allow business partners like Microsoft and Google to serve advertisements on the MyBargainTeam Service, on our behalf across the Internet, and to provide us with analytics services. These entities may use cookies, ad tags, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the MyBargainTeam Service and other websites and online services, including your IP address, device identifier, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information. To provide Microsoft Advertising to you, Microsoft may collect or receive personal information from you when you use the MyBargainTeam Service. 
3. We disclose limited personal information to advertising partners that help us advertise MyBargainTeam and perform related services across the web and in mobile applications. We also provide certain information to our partners that help us deliver relevant advertising to you on the MyBargainTeam Service and help us and our advertisers understand the effectiveness of this advertising. MyBargainTeam and these partners may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the MyBargainTeam Service and other websites and online services. MyBargainTeam may disclose or enable these companies to collect information such as your IP address, device identifier, web browser and mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in mobile apps, links clicked, and conversion information. We may also disclose to certain advertising partners a translated version of your email address (called hashed values) that can be used to show relevant ads to you.
4. The activities described in this section may constitute “sales” or “sharing” of personal information or use of personal information for “targeted advertising” under the laws applicable to you. You may opt out of these activities by following the instructions below:
   1. Mobile App: Depending on where you reside, from within our mobile app, you can opt out of these activities by navigating to the Privacy section of your account settings menu and following the instructions provided. Your mobile device operating system may also include a feature that allows you to opt out of having certain information (collected through apps) disclosed for purposes described in this section. For example, on iOS devices, you can adjust app tracking permissions, and on Android devices, you can opt out of ads personalization.
   2. Website: Depending on where you reside, you can opt out of ad targeting through cookies and similar technologies on our website by logging into your account, clicking on “Account” in the top right corner of the webpage, selecting “Account Settings”, navigating to the Privacy section, and clicking “Edit’ under “Advertising preferences”. There, you will find your options to opt out of ad targeting. Your opt out choice will be linked to your browser only. Therefore, you will need to renew your opt out choice if you visit our website from a new device or browser, or if you clear your browser’s cookies.

D. Security

1. MyBargainTeam takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
2. MyBargainTeam helps to protect your privacy by limiting the amount of personally identifiable data we share with third-parties. In most cases, we share data that is aggregated or anonymized. When we do need to share identifiable data with third-parties, we take steps to ensure that they provide the same level of protection to your data as MyBargainTeam provides under this Privacy Policy.

IV. Your Choices

A. Account Information

1. You may update, correct, or remove account profile information at any time by logging into your account.
2. We will make your account inactive until the time you decide you would like to return to using the MyBargainTeam Service. To reactivate your account, you can sign in using the same username and password.
3. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We will also retain certain information such as reviews, forum postings, and similar materials posted by you may continue to be publicly available (but not associated with your personal information) on the MyBargainTeam Service after your MyBargainTeam account is canceled.

B. Location Information

1. The first time you attempt to use any features that use location information, you will be asked to consent to our collection of this information. You may revoke your consent to our tracking location information at any time by changing your preferences in the settings menu.
2. Even if you do not consent to collect the precise location from your mobile device, we may use your IP address to infer an approximation of your location when using certain features of the MyBargainTeam Services, such as the MyBargainTeam payments solution.
3. In some features, MyBargainTeam uses mapping services from Google Maps/Google Earth, including Google Maps API(s).

C. Cookies

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that removing or rejecting certain cookies may affect the functionality of the MyBargainTeam Service.

D. Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails, text messages, and other communications from MyBargainTeam by following the instructions in those emails, text messages, or other communications or by making changes in your MyBargainTeam account Settings menu.

E. State Specific Privacy Disclosures
